Shipping Policy

At Keepsake Memorial Jewellery, every order is crafted with care and handled with the respect it deserves. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times and delivery.

Processing Times All orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow the following production times before dispatch:

  • Standard items: 7–10 business days
  • Gold items: 10–14 business days

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order with your estimated dispatch date.

UK Delivery We offer free standard tracked shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Local Collection & Delivery Local collection is available from BB4 4NP, and local delivery is available within a five-mile radius. Please contact us at sales@keepsakememorialjewellery.co.uk to arrange this in advance.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, with more destinations coming soon.

  • Standard International: 10–15 business days after dispatch
  • Express International: 5–7 business days after dispatch

International shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. All orders are shipped from the UK with full customs documentation including HS codes and country of origin.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, processing times may be slightly extended. We'll always communicate any delays as early as possible. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timescales are subject to the carrier and any customs processing, which are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you're still concerned, contact us at sales@keepsakememorialjewellery.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue promptly.
